About the Program
What is a Gavel Club?
A Gavel Club is a Toastmasters International program designed specifically for young people who are not yet eligible for regular Toastmasters membership. It brings the proven Toastmasters methodology to youth, creating a safe and supportive space to develop communication and leadership skills.
The Udaipur Gavels Club is proudly supported by Udaipur Toastmasters Club. Our experienced Toastmasters mentor and guide young Gaveliers as they discover the power of their own voice.
Whether it's conquering stage fright, nailing a school presentation, or simply learning to articulate thoughts with clarity — the Gavels Club provides the foundation for lifelong communication excellence.

Every Gavels meeting follows the proven Toastmasters format. Members rotate through different roles, ensuring they develop a well-rounded set of communication and leadership skills.
Gavelier of the Day
Leads the meeting and ensures smooth flow of the agenda.
Speaker
Delivers prepared speeches based on communication manuals.
Evaluator
Provides constructive feedback to help speakers improve.
Table Topics Master
Leads impromptu speaking sessions to sharpen quick thinking.
Timer
Tracks speaking times and uses color signals to guide speakers.
Grammarian
Monitors language usage and introduces the Word of the Day.
